  • issue invoices;
  • handle certain billing matters;
  • process refunds where applicable;
  • conduct fraud prevention and payment verification.

Users may be required to comply with Stripe's terms in addition to the Company's policies.

2. Subscription Services

  • paid subscriptions may automatically begin after the trial period unless cancelled;

  • annual subscription fees are non-refundable after purchase;

At the Company's sole discretion, limited prorated refunds may occasionally be offered.

  • AI processing usage;
  • API usage;
  • storage usage;
  • bandwidth usage;
  • premium feature consumption.

Usage-based charges are generally non-refundable once incurred.

Users are responsible for monitoring their own usage levels.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Users agree to contact the Company before initiating:

  • chargebacks;
  • payment disputes;
  • bank reversals.

Improper or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

  • account suspension;
  • account termination;
  • restriction of Platform access;
  • recovery actions for unpaid amounts.

The Company reserves the right to provide transaction records, account activity, IP logs, acceptance records, and usage information in response to payment disputes.

9. Refund Exceptions

The Company may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for circumstances including:

  • proven technical failures preventing substantial Platform access;

10. No Refunds for AI Output Quality

Because artificial intelligence systems may generate variable, inaccurate, incomplete, or unsatisfactory outputs, dissatisfaction with:

  • chatbot responses;
  • AI-generated content;
  • output quality;
  • hallucinations or inaccuracies;
  • conversational behavior;
  • subjective performance expectations;

does not automatically entitle users to refunds.

AI-generated services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis as described in the Terms of Service.

11. Account Termination and Refunds

If the Company suspends or terminates an account due to:

  • Terms of Service violations;
  • unlawful activity;
  • abuse;
  • fraud;
  • security risks;
  • prohibited content;

users may lose access to the Platform without refund.

The Company reserves the right to deny refunds in such circumstances.

12. Taxes

Applicable taxes, including sales taxes, VAT, GST/HST, or other government charges, may be added by Stripe or other authorized payment processors where legally required.

Users are responsible for applicable taxes associated with purchases.

13. Currency and Exchange Rates

Prices may be displayed or charged in different currencies.

The Company and its payment providers are not responsible for:

  • exchange rate fluctuations;
  • foreign transaction fees;
  • bank charges;
